CFK Finance’s database of contacts is a tool for bringing buyers and sellers into contact.
Essential building block of the system that the CFK Finance Associates use during any transaction: a confidential database including the details of thousands of French companies and belonging to all business sectors.
Developed especially for CFK Finance by an IT consultancy, it allows us to select, in an extremely precise manner, those companies likely to be sold and potential buyers, then align the expectations of each.
“It is populated in two ways,” explains Karine Flaget, manager of this database of contacts. “From information gathered by our consultants and from specialised indexes that we are subscribed to.”
Every week, 15 experts from CFK Finance each meet 2 to 5 new companies. All the information with which they are entrusted in these meetings is then recorded – in confidence – in this database: company name, contact details, financial information, reason for sale (for companies for sale), search criteria (for buyers), available funds etc. Specialised indexes, such as Diane or Point Risk, enable us to add to the description of each company. Access to this database, protected by individual passwords, is highly supervised.
Only five managers from CFK may consult it in its entirety. For more security, it is hosted at an external service provider’s.
